About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental protection"

"Article 64-1. Environmental protection in the field of advertizing

64-1.1. According to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" advertizing of goods and actions which are potentially dangerous to the environment is not allowed. The list of the goods, potentially dangerous to the environment, prohibited for advertizing is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.

64-1.2. Advertizing shall not instigate to actions which can do harm to the environment. In advertizing intentional concealment of data on harmful effects of goods on the environment is not allowed.".
