In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" of July 4, 2008 No. 792 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 7, Article 610; 2009, No. 10, Article 779; 2016, No. 4, Article 661, No. 6, Article 1064, No. 11, Article 1840) to make the following changes:
1. in Item 2.1 of the word "Articles 26.3 and 48.2" shall be replaced with words "Articles 26. 3, first offer of Article 27.3 and Article 48.2".
2. in Item 2.2 of the word "27.3" shall be replaced with words "the third and fourth offers of Article 27.3".
3. in Items 2. 2, 2.2-1, 2.2-2, 2.3 and 2.4 words "Ministry of Transport" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of transport, communication and high technologies".
