About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About physical culture and sport"

1.0.30. manipulation with sports competitions - intentional act (action or failure to act) of person directed to change of the course or sports score for receipt of illegal benefit in own advantage or advantage of other person.".

2. At the end of Article 3.0.8 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Article 3.0.9 of the following content:

"3.0.9. non-admission of manipulation with sports competitions.".

3. At the end of Article 4.0.40 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Article 4.0.41 of the following content:

"4.0.41. taking measures against manipulation with sports competitions and prevention of such cases.".

4. At the end of Article 11.2.7 to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon and to add with Article 11.2.8 of the following content:

"11.2.8. combat manipulation with sports competitions and take in this regard adequate measures according to regulatory legal acts.".

5. Add with Article 40-2 of the following content:
