About approval of the list of paid services which can be provided by customs authorities

According to Article 32 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of paid services which can be provided by customs authorities it (is applied).

2. To the State Customs Service to approve rates for services which can be provided by customs authorities together with the Ministry of Economy and European Integration and the Ministry of Finance.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

The list of paid services which can be provided by customs authorities

1. Provision of consultations on questions:

goods placements in the corresponding customs regimes;

tariff and non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity regarding customs clearance of goods (works, services);

researches (the analysis, examination) tests and samples of goods in customs laboratories;

classifications of goods according to UKTVED;

belongings of goods to control lists (drugs, poisonous and explosives, goods of double use and so forth);

customs legislation and its application.

2. Provision of consultations to customs brokers and customs carriers concerning intermediary activities.

3. Provision of texts of the published regulatory legal acts concerning customs affairs.

4. Provision of data from licensed registers of customs brokers, customs carriers, customs licensed warehouses.

5. Copying of the documents connected with customs clearance of goods (works, services).
