3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

customs legislation and its application.
2. Provision of consultations to customs brokers and customs carriers concerning intermediary activities.
3. Provision of texts of the published regulatory legal acts concerning customs affairs.
4. Provision of data from licensed registers of customs brokers, customs carriers, customs licensed warehouses.
5. Copying of the documents connected with customs clearance of goods (works, services).
