About procedure of customs control, registration and omission through customs border of Ukraine of goods concerning which movement restrictions are set

According to Article 97 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that customs control, registration and the omission through customs border of Ukraine of goods concerning which movement restrictions are set is performed by customs authority based on permission of authorized body of the government which performs the corresponding control functions, and according to standard technological schemes of implementation of customs control of automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of carriers at check points through frontier of Ukraine after completion of other types of control established by the legislation (epidemiological, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological, ecological and behind movement of cultural values), necessary for these goods.

In case of lack of permission of authorized body of the government which performs the corresponding control functions or representations of permission in form which does not answer the established sample, the customs authority provides to interested persons the written message with indication of causes of failure and exhaustive explanation of requirements which accomplishment provides possibility of customs clearance and the omission through customs border of Ukraine of goods concerning which movement restrictions are set.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
