About modification of the Regulations on Government commission on communication

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Government commission on communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2013 No. 220 "About reorganization of Government Commission on Transport and Communications and about formation of Government commission on transport and Government commission on communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 12, Art. 1323; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2990; 2017, No. 23, Art. 3356).

Changes which are made to Regulations on Government commission on communication

1. Add Item 11 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

"The decision on carrying out commission session or on other form of decision making of the Commission provided by this Provision is accepted by the commission chairman.".

2. State Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. Decisions of the Commission are made by a majority vote the members of the commission who are present at meeting taking into account the opinions of the absent members of the commission provided in writing and drawn up by protocols which signs presiding over commission session.

In case of equality of votes the chairman's voice at meeting is decisive.

The commission has the right to make decisions without holding meeting by holding absentee voting.
