About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on fire safety No. 267/1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 15-16, 144), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. In article 7 change concerns only the text in state language.
2. To state the prolog of Article 18 in the following edition:
"Government employees with special status (the employees who are referred to as for the purpose of this law) of service of rescuers and firefighters in case of suppression of the fires and carrying out wrecking have the right:
3. Article 15, part (1) articles 19, of article 20, 36–40, 43, 49–51 to recognize invalid.
4. In all text of the law to replace the word "employee" with the word "employee" in the corresponding number and case.
Art. II. – In the Law on civil protection No. 271/1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 20, of the Art. 231), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law shall be replaced with words the word "Employees" "Government employees with special status in structure", and the word of "employees" – words of "government employees with special status".
2. In part (Article 18 the word of "employees" to replace 4) with the word of "workers".
Art. III. – In the Law on Service of civil protection and emergency situations No. 93/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 78-81, 358), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In the name of the law and in all text of the word "Service of Civil Protection and Emergency Situations" shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate on emergency situations".
