2. Recognize to invalid:

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2008 No. 1051

In Rules of provision of benefits for carrying out summer improving holiday of children of separate categories of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies, the died (dead), missing persons which became disabled people in connection with accomplishment of tasks in the conditions of armed conflict of not international nature in the Chechen Republic and in the territories of the North Caucasus which are directly adjoining to it carried to zone of armed conflict and also in connection with accomplishment of tasks during counter-terrorist operations in the territory of North Caucasus region which provision of pensions is performed by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name to replace the word of "benefits" with the word "benefits";

b) in Item 2:

"school age (up to 15 years inclusive)" shall be replaced with words words ", studying according to the main general education programs (except for educational programs of preschool education),";
