1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 2009 No. 787 "About approval of Standard rules of purchases of the goods, works and services performed by the national managing director of holding, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty and more percent of shares (shares) of which directly or indirectly belong to national managing holding, national holding, the national company" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, Art. No. 27-28, 245) the following amendment:
in Standard rules of purchases of the goods, works and services performed by the national managing director of holding, national holdings, national companies and organizations, fifty and more percent of shares (shares) of which directly or indirectly belong to national managing holding, national holding, the national company, approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 18 with the subitem 60) of the following content:
"60) acquisitions of development by national institute in the field of information and communication technologies of the goods, works and services necessary for holding actions with participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other protected persons according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
