About traffic in weapons

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for traffic in weapons in the territory of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Temporary import by foreign citizens of hunting weapon and ammunition on the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union from the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union for use with participation in hunting is performed taking into account the features established by the Agreement on movement of office and civil weapon between state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 20, 2016.

2. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473 "About measures for enhancement of regulation of turnover of military, office, civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

2.1. in Item 31 of the Procedure for turnover of military, office, civil weapon and ammunition to it in the state military forming and paramilitary organizations, customs authorities, bodies of prosecutor's office and the State inspection of protection of the animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree shall be replaced with words words of Customs union Eurasian Economic Union;

2.2. according to the procedure of turnover of office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this Decree:

in part one of Item 1 of the word" (further - weapon)" and "(further - ammunition)" to replace respectively with words "(further if other is not determined, - weapon)" and "(further if other is not determined, - ammunition)";
