About entering of amendments into some legal acts

Proceeding from need of creation of premises for development in the Republic of Moldova the industries of information technologies and competitive business environment at the regional level owing to entry into force of the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016, and also need of establishment of the legal basis for simplification of free movement of foreign citizens – the physical persons holding executive positions within the legal entity performing activities in the field of information technologies, and specialists in the field of information technologies

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part (2) article 3 of the Law on labor migration No. 180/2008 (2008, Art. No. 162-164, 598), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item l) the following content:

"l) persons holding executive positions within the legal entity performing activities in the field of information technologies and specialists in the field of information technologies.".

Art. II. – In the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

1. In Article 3:

after concept "persons holding executive positions" to add Article with the following concept:

"persons holding executive positions within the legal entity performing activities in the field of information technologies – the foreigners providing management of the legal entity – the resident of the information and technological park or its department and being under supervision of administrative board or shareholders;";

after the concept "specialists" to add Article with the following concept:
