About introduction of amendments to the Law on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity No. 235/2011
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity No. 235/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 46-47, 136), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. Item f) parts (Article 8 to declare 1) invalid.
2. In Article 10:
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Council for accreditation consists of 11 members. The organization and functioning of Council for accreditation, and also procedure for election/appointment of his members are established by the regulations on Council developed and approved by the National center for accreditation from approval of concerned parties.";
in part (3) words "the central industry body of public management responsible for quality infrastructure," shall be replaced with words "The national center for accreditation".
3. In part (Article 14-3 of the word "in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova." shall be replaced with words 13) "on the official web page of the National center for accreditation.".
