About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2016 No. 326

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2016 No. 326 "About approval of the State program "Comfortable housing and the favorable circle" for 2016-2020" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.05. 2016, 5/42062; 22:01. 2017, 5/43213) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in paragraph three of Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade, Department of Energy" shall be replaced with words "Department of Energy, the State committee on property";

1.2. in Item 3:

in paragraph one of subitem 3.3 of the word "report on the course of accomplishment of actions of the State program" shall be replaced with words "the annual (final) statement about implementation of the State program according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

add Item with subitem 3.4 of the following content:

"3.4. perform other powers according to the legislation.";

1.3. to state subitem 4.2 of item 4 in the following edition:

"4.2. submit the annual (final) statement about implementation of the State program in the following procedure:

Department of Energy (according to the subprogramme "Development of power industry and gasification of the village") and the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade (according to the subprogramme "Quality and availability of household services") - to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities;

The Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities - according to the procedure, established by the legislation.";

1.4. exclude Item 7;

1.5. in the State program "Comfortable housing and the favorable circle" for 2016-2020 approved by this resolution:

1.5.1. in part four of Chapter 2 of the word "Ministry of Anti-monopoly Regulation and Trade" shall be replaced with words "The state committee on property";

1.5.2. state Chapter 3 in the following edition:

"CHAPTER 3 FINANCIAL PROVISION OF THE STATE PROGRAM

Financing of actions of the State program according to appendix 2 is planned to be made in accordance with the established procedure at the expense of means republican and local budgets, credit resources, own means of the organizations and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

Means in the amount of 9966, by 3 million rubles are planned for implementation of the State program in 2016-2020, including:

means of the republican budget - 384, 3 million rubles;

means of local budgets - 7520, 1 million rubles;

own means of the organizations - 182, 2 million rubles;

means of public institution "Operator of secondary material resources" - 57 million rubles;

payments of the population - 943, 4 million rubles;

the subprogramme 5 - 354, 5 million rubles;

the subprogramme 6 - 264, 3 million rubles;

subprogramme of 7 - 200 million rubles;

subprogramme of 8 - 34 million rubles.

Amounts and sources of financing of the State program are subject to annual refining.";

1.5.3. in Chapter 6:
