Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning carrying out competitive selections of capacity

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 13, 2010 No. 238 "About determination of price parameters of trade in capacity in the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 16, Art. 1922; 2015, No. 36, Art. 5034; 2016, No. 26, Art. 4067):

a) paragraph two of Item 11 of the Rules of determination of the price of the capacity sold under agreements on provision of capacity, approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
