To provide to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Federal Antimonopoly Service, Federal Tariff Service and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till January 1, 2011 to the Government of the Russian Federation offers on accounting of price requests of consumers of electrical energy (capacity) in case of the address of capacity with use of different mechanisms of trade in the wholesale market.
