1. Determine that:

1.1. banks perform on July 4, 2017 the settlement documents which are in card-indexes to off-balance accounts "Settlement documents, are not paid in time", "The settlement documents which are expecting payment", "The settlement documents which are not paid for fault of banks" (further - card-indexes), and also arrived in bank on June 30, 2017, with use of the account numbers assigned to the payer * according to requirements of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2015 No. 440 "About structure of account number" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.08. 2015, 8/30191) (further - new account numbers of payers), and bank identification codes of the banks servicing the payers determined according to requirements of the Instruction about procedure for assignment by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus for bank identification codes and maintaining the reference book of bank identification codes of participants of the calculations making payments in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2015 No. 472 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.09. 2015, 8/30229) (further - new BICs of the banks servicing payers), in the following procedure:

settlement documents on payments in the budget and the state budget and off-budget funds - taking into account the data containing in the Republic of Belarus directed by National Bank in banks according to the statement of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus on change of payment instructions to the table of correspondences of account numbers on which payments in the budget and the state budget and off-budget funds, and bank identification codes of the banks servicing beneficiaries to the account numbers assigned to beneficiaries according to requirements of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2015 No. 440 (further - new account numbers of beneficiaries), and to bank identification codes of the banks servicing beneficiaries are subject to transfer the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of bank identification codes and maintaining the reference book of bank identification codes of participants of the calculations making payments in the territory of the Republic of Belarus determined according to requirements of the Instruction about procedure for assignment (further - new BICs of the banks servicing beneficiaries) (further - the table of correspondences on payments in the budget);

settlement documents on payments into accounts of bodies of forced execution - taking into account the data containing in the Republic of Belarus directed by National Bank in banks according to the statement of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus on change of payment instructions to the table of correspondences of account numbers of bodies of forced execution and bank identification codes of the banks servicing beneficiaries, to new account numbers of beneficiaries and new BICs of the banks servicing beneficiaries (further - the table of correspondences on payments for benefit of bodies of forced execution);

settlement documents on the payments which are not specified in paragraphs second and third to this part - taking into account new account numbers of beneficiaries and new BICs of the banks servicing the beneficiaries specified in statements of payers, claimants.

In case of absence for July 4, 2017 of statements of payers, claimants for change in the settlement documents which are in card-indexes, account numbers of beneficiaries and bank identification codes of the banks servicing beneficiaries, on new account numbers of beneficiaries and new BICs of the banks servicing beneficiaries, and also lack of the specified details in the table of correspondences on payments in the budget and the table of correspondences on payments for benefit of bodies of forced execution no later than July 5, 2017:

settlement documents on paper return to the payer, the claimant without execution;

settlement documents in the form of the electronic settlement document are not performed about what the corresponding electronic message goes;

1.3. the orders on booking of money on accounts of payers provided to banks till July 4, 2017 are performed from the specified date by banks taking into account new account numbers of payers and new BICs of the banks servicing payers;

1.4. permanent payment orders according to which till July 4, 2017 payers do not submit applications for change of account numbers of beneficiaries and bank identification codes of the banks servicing beneficiaries on new account numbers of beneficiaries and new BICs of the banks servicing beneficiaries are located with banks in documents of day with mark about date and the reason of the room in documents of day, the witnessed signature of the executive in charge and stamp of bank;

1.5. statements on the acceptance of payment requests since July 4, 2017 are performed by the banks servicing payers taking into account new account numbers of payers and new BICs of the banks servicing payers;

1.6. banks no later than June 15, 2017 by means of systems of remote bank servicing, telephone, mail service, the SMS notification or the direction of the message on the e-mail address, and also by placement of information in places of customer service and on the official sites of banks on the global computer Internet inform clients on need of submission of statements for change in the documents specified subitem 1 part one in paragraph four. 1, subitem 1.4 of this Item, account numbers of beneficiaries and bank identification codes of the banks servicing beneficiaries on new account numbers of beneficiaries and new BICs of the banks servicing beneficiaries;

1.7. the money on international bank transfers which arrived till July 4, 2017 with value date after July 4, 2017, and also arriving to clients from July 4, 2017 to December 31, 2017 inclusive with indication of in the interbank payment order of account numbers of the beneficiaries acting till July 4, 2017 is enlisted on new account numbers of beneficiaries;

1.8. the money arriving from July 4, 2017 to September 30, 2017 inclusive for benefit of beneficiaries - physical persons according to lists in which account numbers, acting till July 4, 2017 are specified is enlisted on new account numbers of beneficiaries - physical persons.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 4, 2017, except for subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of this resolution which is becoming effective after its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2018.
