1. Agree with the offer of Coordination council of the Innovative center for support of development and deployment of information technologies "Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center" (further - Coordination council) and the Board of trustees of University of Inkh in the city of Tashkent about creation of Directorate of the Innovative center for support of development and deployment of information technologies "Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center" (further - Directorate) in the form of limited liability company in case of establishment of University of Inkh in the city of Tashkent (further - University).
2. Approve structure of Directorate of the Innovative center for support of development and deployment of information technologies "Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center" with the total extreme number of managerial personnel in number of 15 units according to appendix No. 1;
Grant to Coordination council the right to make, if necessary, changes to structure and number of personnel of Directorate.
3. Approve Regulations on the Innovative center for support of development and deployment of information technologies "Mirzo Ulugbek Innovation Center" according to appendix No. 2.
