Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of February 26, 2001 No. 184 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision to licensees on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate of compensation of losses from electrical supply implementation to residential customers" (with changes).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
