1. Take into consideration that according to the current legislation the procedure for granting to the companies and the organizations importing final consumer goods, licenses for the priority right of converting of sum to freely convertible currency is abolished.

2. Cancel since October 1, 2002 quarter limits to authorized banks on acquisition in the curb foreign exchange market of foreign currency for the companies and the organizations importing socially important consumer goods and medicines.

3. Ceased to be valid since July 1, 2013 according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 13.05.2013 No. 127 

4. Provide to all legal entities and physical persons registered in accordance with the established procedure, the right to perform import to the republic of consumer goods and their realization, with obligatory observance of the following commonly accepted regulations in the international practice:
