According to subitem 19-2.1.2 of Item 19-2.1 of Article 19-2 and subitem 20.1.1 of Item 20.1 of Article 20 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine and Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Approve form of the Notification on the invitation of the taxpayer, charges, payments or his representatives in monitoring body which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine of February 6, 2014 No. 120 "About approval of form of the Notification on the invitation of the taxpayer, charges, payments or his representatives in body of the income and charges", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 24, 2014 at No. 317/25094.

3. To provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation:

submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the acting as the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine M. V Is sold.
