About modification of forms of calculation of amount of temporary cash gap
According to Items 5 and 10 of the Procedure for the covering of temporary cash gaps of local budgets approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1204, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Economic classification of expenses of the budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 14, 2011 No. 11 "About budget classification" (with changes), I order:
1. Make changes to the form of calculation of amount of temporary cash gap approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 756 "About approval of document forms for provision of loans on covering of temporary cash gaps of local budgets" registered on July 12, 2012 for No. 1179/21491, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To department of local budgets, interactions with TsOIV and regions of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Kuzkin E. Yu.) and to provide to Management of financial resources of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine (Yakubenko N. V.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Press service) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Kosarchuk V. P.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to management of communications its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Harchenko S. I.
