According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, and Items 5 and 9 of the Procedure for the covering of temporary cash gaps of local budgets approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1204, I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the approximate agreement on provision of the loan for covering of temporary cash gap of the local budget;

the application form about provision of the loan;

form of calculation of amount of temporary cash gap;

form of the magazine of registration of agreements on provision of loans.

2. To the public treasurer service of Ukraine (Harchenko S. I.) bring this order to permission of territorial authorities of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. To department of local budgets and investments (Kuzkin E. Yu.) provide bringing this order to permission of the Ministry of Finance of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the head financial departments of regional public administrations, the head financial management of executive body of the Kiev city council (The Kiev city public administration), financial management of the Sevastopol city public administration.
