1. Make changes to the form of calculation of amount of temporary cash gap approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 756 "About approval of document forms for provision of loans on covering of temporary cash gaps of local budgets" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2012 for No. 1179/21491 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 27, 2013 No. 852), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To department of local budgets of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Kuzkin E. Yu.) and to Department of financial resources of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine (Zvarich A. V.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) (Yurik I. I.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Umansky I. I. and Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
