About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About guarantees of protection of deposits of citizens in banks"
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About guarantees of protection of deposits of citizens in banks" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Create Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks.
Determine that:
The fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks is legal entity and acts on the basis of the written agreements signed with banks;
the property of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks is created at the expense of compulsory contributions of banks, income gained from investment of funds, and also other receipts according to the legislation.
2. Approve:
Regulations on Fonda of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks according to the appendix N 1;
staff of the supervisory board of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks according to the appendix N 2.
Determine that in case of job change of members of the supervisory board of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks its structure joins persons who are again appointed to their positions.
3. Approve structure of executive body of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks according to the appendix N 3 with extreme number of 5 established posts (without service personnel).
4. To provide to fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks in two-month time the conclusion with commercial banks of the corresponding written agreements.
Determine that newly created commercial banks shall conclude with Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks written agreements no later than month from the date of receipt of the license for the right of carrying out banking activities.
5. To the supervisory board of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of citizens in banks jointly about the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:
