About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 627
According to part three of Article 239 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of work of warehouses of customs I order:
1. In heading and the text of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 627 "About approval of the Operating procedure of warehouse of customs authority", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 at No. 1097/21409, "customs authority" in all numbers and cases shall be replaced with words "GFS customs" in the corresponding numbers and cases.
2. Approve Changes in the Operating procedure of warehouse of customs authority approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 627, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 at No. 1097/21409, which are applied.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) and to Department of financial and economic work and financial accounting of the Public fiscal service (Vydyborets A. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Makeeva A. L.
