About entering of amendments into the Regulations on management fund of average of special, professional educational institution
For the purpose of execution of the tasks determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 5, 2017 the No. UP-5106 "About Measures for Increase in Efficiency of the State Youth Policy and Support of Activities of the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make additions to the Regulations on Management fund of average of special, professional educational institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 1, 2008 No. 165 (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 31-32, of the Art. No. 303), according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the director of the center of secondary vocational, professional education of the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education M. M. Holmukhamedov and Information analysis department concerning education, science and youth policy of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 15, 2017 No. 632
1. Add with Item 20-1 of the following content:
"20-1. To the teacher (worker) of organization of secondary vocational, professional education to whom tasks of "the leader of youth" are assigned the monthly allowance in the amount of 50 percent from base wage rate of the teacher with the higher education at the expense of means of Management fund of organization of secondary vocational, professional education is established".
