1. Enact since September 1, 2008 base wage rates on compensation of pedagogical and leading employees of averages of special, professional educational institutions, taking into account increase in the size of the salary to employees of state-financed organizations on average in time 1,2 according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 21, 2008 No. UP-4014, according to appendices No. 1-3.
2. Approve:
Regulations on compensation of workers of averages of special, professional educational institutions according to appendix No. 4;
Regulations on Management fund of average of special, professional educational institution according to appendix No. 5.
3. Determine that funds of Management fund are allocated on:
establishment of monthly allowances to base wage rates to the teachers and training officers of averages of special, professional educational institutions having high professionalism and making specific personal deposit in improvement of quality of teaching and educational process;
payments of one-time awards and rendering financial support to workers of averages of special, professional educational institutions.
