In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 24, 2017 No. PP-2738 "About the Program of measures for realization of tasks of further reforming and development of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of implementation in system of housing providing the military personnel of new system of provision of long-term soft mortgage loans and increase in efficiency of the funds allocated for defense the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan for long-term soft mortgage loans for acquisition (construction) of housing, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Make change to the Regulations on payment procedure the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan of monthly monetary compensation for employment (sublease) of premises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 25, 2005 No. 169 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 6-7, 37), according to appendix No. 2.
3. Recognize invalid some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
