According to the subitem 8) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2016 "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2017 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on surcharge to the teachers who passed training on language course.

2. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated target current transfers quarterly to the fifth following the accounting period.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation;

2) monitoring of use of target current transfers from the republican budget budgets of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty.

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2017 and is subject to official publication.
