1. Approve the List of types of activity on which implementation licenses (appendix No. 1) are required.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring decisions of the government into accord with the List of types of activity on which implementation licenses are required, to provide review and cancellation by the ministries, state committees and departments of their regulations contradicting the specified List.

3. Recognize invalid fully or partially legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
