According to the paragraph to the sixth part one of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About recovery of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" and to Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, order to No.:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision by arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) of obligatory data (information) and data representation forms approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 18, 2013 No. 130/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 at No. 148/22680 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department concerning bankruptcy (Ponomarenko V. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

3. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Netishenskaya A. I.) provide implementation of the new software of the Unified register of the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Yanchuk A. V.

Changes in the Procedure for provision by arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) of obligatory data (information) and data representation forms

1. State the Section II in the following edition:

"II. Filling of fields of data representation forms

Data representation forms move arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) through online system of the electronic reporting of arbitration managers.
