About approval of the Procedure for determination of payment terms of services and compensation for expenses of members of the supervisory boards of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in whose authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state

According to the subitem "x" of Item 5, parts two of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 18 parts two of Article:

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of payment terms of services and compensation for expenses of members of the supervisory boards of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state which is applied.

2. Determine that till December 31, 2022 the most admissible size of basic monthly salary of fee of the member of the supervisory board of private joint-stock company "Export credit agency" constitutes up to 150 thousand hryvnias.

3. Determine that till April 30, 2022 the most admissible amount of basic annual remuneration of fee of the member of the supervisory board of joint-stock company "The national joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" constitutes 6328000 hryvnias.
