Regulations on procedure for designing, construction and reconstruction of highways

1. General provisions

1. This Provision regulates procedure for designing, construction and reconstruction of the highways financed by means of republican and local budgets, and also other sources determined by the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. In this Provision the following terms are used:

the preproject documentation - the document proving technical, economic feasibility and sales opportunity of the project on construction or reconstruction of the highway.
