The internal license - the right to carrying out complete or limited circle of banking activities by commercial banks in foreign currency in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The bank which obtained the license for carrying out foreign currency transactions (in subsequent - authorized bank), performs the activities according to the legislation and conditions of the license.
3. Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes requirements based on which readiness of commercial banks for carrying out foreign currency transactions is determined. The specified requirements are divided on qualification and technical.
For receipt of the license commercial banks shall submit documents according to appendix to these rules.
Banks with participation of the foreign capital submit documents according to the procedure, established by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
