About change of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus
According to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6 "About stimulation of business activity in the territory of averages, small residential locations, the rural zone" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1.8 of the word "Industrial Park";
1.2. in part one of the subitem 1.9 of figure "9406 00" to replace with figures "9406".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
Subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this Decree extends the action to the relations which arose since May 26, 2017.
3. This Decree is temporary and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus is submited National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
