About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2006 No. 461 "About import and export of the chemicals falling under verification regime of the Convention on prohibition of development, production, accumulating and use of chemical weapon and about its destruction" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:
