For the purpose of accomplishment of the international obligations of the Republic of Belarus on ensuring control of import and export from the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the chemicals falling under verification regime of the Convention on prohibition of the development, production, accumulating and use of chemical weapon and about its destruction signed on January 13, 1993 in Paris I decide:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for import and export of the chemicals falling under verification regime of the Convention on prohibition of development, production, accumulating and use of chemical weapon and about its destruction;

the list of the chemicals falling under verification regime of the Convention on prohibition of development, production, accumulating and use of chemical weapon and about its destruction.

2. Determine that:

2.1. reference of chemical compounds to the chemicals falling under verification regime of the Convention on prohibition of development, production, accumulating and use of chemical weapon and about its destruction (further - chemicals), is made in accordance with the established procedure according to their description, technical characteristics and according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union;

2.2. import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus or export from its territory of chemicals (except for their transit) is performed by the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus having one-time licenses on import (export) of chemicals;

2.3. The state military-industrial committee draws up, issues and records one-time licenses on import (export) of the chemicals and other documents connected with import and export of chemicals, and also their use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
