About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About fight against dope in sport"

5. To state contents of Article 9 in the following edition:

"1. NADAT can perform competitive or out of competition testing at the request of other national anti-doping organizations, the organizations for holding large sports competitions, and also the international federations.

2. Competitive or out of competition testing is held by NADAT with observance of the International standard accepted by the World Anti-Doping Agency for testing.
