Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of June 23, 2006 No. 444 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of authorized rating agencies and issues of Certificates on inclusion in the State register of authorized rating agencies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2006 at No. 823/12697 (with changes).
