About approval of structure of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Approve "Structure of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the limit of number of workers of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic (except for Administration) constitutes 200 established posts;

2.2. the limit of number of workers of Administration of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic approves the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic if necessary creates sectors (departments and sectors in Administration) in the departments entering into structure of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3.1. in a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of operating procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.2 in a month. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of regulations on the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.3. in a month to approve the regular sheet of structural divisions of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.4. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;

3.5. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.6. check reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;
