About approval of the inventory of the Eurasian Economic Union which are transported by embankment pile, in bulk, are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by water vessels and concerning which in case of departure from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union the change of quantity and (or) condition which resulted from mixing of such goods in case of their loading in stowage space (compartment, reservoir) of water vessel is allowed

According to item 4 of Article 94 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decide:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory of the Eurasian Economic Union which are transported by embankment by pile, in bulk, are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by water vessels and concerning which in case of departure from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union the change of quantity and (or) condition which resulted from mixing of such goods in case of their loading in stowage space (compartment, reservoir) of water vessel is allowed.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017.
