About approval of the National program of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines for 2017-2021.

Based on the Law No. 241-XVI of November 20, 2008 on donorship and blood transfusion (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with the subsequent amendments, the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the problem resolution in the field of health care, connected with donorship and blood transfusion, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) the National program of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines for 2017-2021 according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Action plan on implementation of the National program of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines for 2017-2021 according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities:

1) to take the measures necessary for accomplishment in full and in the terms established by provisions of the National program of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines for 2017-2021;

Annually to provide 2) in limits of the approved means of assignment for realization of the actions provided by the specified Program;

3) annually, till February 28 to inform the Ministry of Health, work and social protection on accomplishment of this Program.

3. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection till April 1 to submit to the Government the annual statement about realization of provisions of the specified program.

4. Financing of the actions provided in the above-mentioned Program will be performed for the account and within means of the national public budget and other sources of financing which do not contradict the legislation.
