About modification and amendments in Standard regulations on operating procedure with appeals of physical persons and legal entities in state bodies and public institutions
According to Item 68 of the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "And interests of the person" the Cabinet of Ministers decides year of dialogue with the people:
1. Make change and additions to the Standard regulations on operating procedure with appeals of physical persons and legal entities in state bodies and public institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 31, 2015 No. 73 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 3, the Art. 21), according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas to bring the normative and legal and other acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and information analysis departments of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
