According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity", and also for the purpose of application of notifying procedure for the licensing body about activities of the branches of the subjects of entrepreneurship having the licenses Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to Regulations on licensing of types of activity on reproduction, realization, hire of audiovisual works, soundtracks and the computer programs, and also production of soundtracks, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of March 15, 2012 No. 72 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 3, the Art. 18), according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the CEO of the Agency on intellectual property A. N. Fayzullayev and Information analysis department concerning development of information systems and telecommunications of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
