About procedure of commodity export by subjects of entrepreneurship of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the trading houses created in the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of extension of the nomenclature and growth in volumes of export, the organization of direct deliveries of wide range of domestic goods, including with high value added, through the trading houses created in the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. Take into consideration that for the purpose of implementation of the agreements on expansion of trade and economic cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan reached following the results of the taken place visit of delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan joint businesses with participation of subjects of entrepreneurship of the Republic of Uzbekistan are created (further - trading houses) according to appendix.
2. Determine that since June 1, 2017 NHK "Uzbekneftegaz", JSC Uzkimesanoat, HK "Uzvinpromholding", JSC Uzsanoateksport, JSC Uzagroeksport, and also the organizations entering into their structure can deliver goods on a consignment basis, without provision of the bank guarantee or the policy of assurance of export contracts of policy and commercial risks to the trading houses in the Republic of Kazakhstan specified in appendix to this resolution in which authorized fund the cumulative share of data of the organizations constitutes at least 51 percent.
3. Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for customs clearance of the goods which are exported by business entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan through the trading houses, representations, the companies created by them in foreign countries and also through trade investment houses of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of August 9, 2005 No. 189 (JV Pravitelstva of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 8, Art. 40), to add with the paragraph of the following content:
