About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 3 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. Are not the faces tied with bank:

1) on the basis of affiliation:

the state of Ukraine (on behalf of the relevant organ of the government or management and/or subjects acting only on the basis of the state-owned property);

territorial community (on behalf of relevant organ of local self-government);

international financial institution with which the Government of Ukraine signed the agreement on cooperation and for which according to the laws of Ukraine privileges and immunities are established;

2) legal entities on the basis of relationship because of availability of essential participation of persons specified in the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the Section I of this provision.";

2) in the Section II:

to add Item 1 of Chapter 1 with the new paragraph of the following content:
