About approval of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank it (is applied).

2. To banks:

till May 29, 2015 to submit to the National Bank of Ukraine the list of the faces tied with bank as of May 1, 2015 in electronic form in the EXCEL format in the form given in appendix to this resolution;

before introduction of the corresponding form of the statistical reporting by the National Bank of Ukraine to provide monthly (to the 10th after the accounting period) submission to the National Bank of Ukraine of the staticized list of the faces in electronic form tied with bank in the EXCEL format in the form given in appendix to this resolution.

3. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Pisaruk A. V.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
