About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 158

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 158 "About approval of lists of the companies which receive or import on customs area of Ukraine the substances used as components of motor fuels, for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for shipment or import of such substances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 21, by the Art. 711, No. 63, Art. 2276; 2017, No. 4, the Art. 119) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 158

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The list of the companies which receive or is imported on customs area of Ukraine by mixes of aromatic hydrocarbons (code according to UKTVED 2707 50 90 00), used as component of motor fuel for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for their shipment or import according to appendix 6.".

2. Add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. The quotas established by this resolution extend to the companies which receive as raw materials for production in the chemical industry of substance, used as components of motor fuels, from other subjects of managing - producers of such substances, develop and transfer within single production cycle such substances within one legal entity or import substances on customs area of Ukraine.".

3. In appendix 1 to the resolution:
