According to subitems 229.6.12 and 229.6.13 of Item 229. Subitems 229.7.14 and 229.7.15 of Item 229.7 of article 229 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 6,:

1. Approve:

the list of the companies which receive or import benzene on customs area of Ukraine (the code according to UKTVED 2707 10 90 00) used as component of motor fuels for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for its shipment or import according to appendix 1;

the list of the companies which receive or import on customs area of Ukraine methanol technical (methyl alcohol) (the code according to UKTVED 2905 11 00 00) used as component of motor fuels for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for its shipment or import according to appendix 2;

The list of the companies which receive or import toluene on customs area of Ukraine (the code according to UKTVED 2707 20 90 00) used as component of motor fuel, for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for its shipments or import according to appendix 3;
