Some questions of realization of complex reform of public administration

According to Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of realization of complex reform of public administration which is attached.

2. Determine that:

for realization of complex reform of public administration action of Items 1 and 10 of actions for effective and rational use of the public funds provided for content of the public authorities and other state bodies formed by public authorities of the companies, organizations and the organizations which use means of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 710 "About effective use of public funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, the Art. 2739), does not extend to the state bodies involved in its realization;

in limiting 2019 - 2020 expense amounts on acquisition of cars, furniture, other equipment, computers, acquisition and content of mobile phones by state bodies, and also organizations and organizations which contain at the expense of the government budget, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2001 No. 332 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 14, Art. 615; 2016, No. 16, Art. 637), are not applied to the state bodies involved in realization of complex reform of public administration.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, the Art. 814) changes which are applied.
